After completing your 10+2, you can immediately enrol in the Foundation Program, the Executive Program upon graduation, or the Professional Program if you have a post-graduate legal degree or are a chartered accountant or cost accountant.
The course has three phases: CSEET, Executive, and Professional. Each stage involves passing multiple-choice and descriptive examinations conducted twice a year by the ICSI.

A Company Secretary is a professional degree granted by ICSI. The candidate who successfully qualifies for the course can start practicing as a Company Secretary or can start a rewarding career journey in the corporate sector.
You can become a CS by qualifying for three levels of the CS curriculum formulated by ICSI.
After being qualified as a CS professional, you can get jobs as a Legal Advisor, Corporate Governance Manager, Risk Management Specialist, Company Law Consultant, Financial Analyst, Ethics Officer, or Corporate Trainer in Governance and Compliance, or you can start practicing as a CS.
CSEET exams can be attempted four times a year, and CS Executive and CS Professional only have two exam windows a year.
